I make this part of my daily intention and find it to be personally empowering. You can specify anything to which you do not consent to. Some examples are mandatory vaccines, 5G technology, thoughts that loop over and over, anything that superimposes authority over your body, mind and spirit.
Then say out loud the following…as you feel resonate:
As the Light of God that I AM, I declare that:
I do not consent to the manipulation and suppression of my sovereignty and freedom or that of humanity’s.
I do not consent to (_____)
My intent, consent and authority is with God only, and to create Unity consciousness as an energetic reality on Earth here and now.
My intention is to serve my Highest Source, fully, completely and totally.
I AM God, I AM Sovereign, I AM Free
